  1. I love your post and agree. I’ve developed a methodology that avoids this conundrum. We do the qualitative market research first, then uses the results to develop the marketing as opposed to the other way (the traditional way) around. This way, we know what the market wants and give it to them. It’s customer-focused marketing. And when you give the customer what they want, how they want it, the results can be amazing. I’ve had 600% (sole proprietor) to 1,000% (500 million dollar company) ROI using this method.
